How to connect video smart tee

Hi i installed an external tv tuner on my pc. my os is windows xp 1 andduring installation i learned that the tv tuner needs an xp 2. Idownload and install an xp 2,then uninstall and install my tvtuner software. After installation, i get "cannot connect video smart tee to vmr filter" and "cannot render video capture pin to null filter." what seems to be the problem? is there a software or another windows update that i need to install?

- I have the same problem that you both... But the hardware works perfectly with K!TV and other software, but I can't use the remote control...

Did somebody fix that issue?

- i do have same problem, video does not show, you only hear the sound.
