Question about RCA F32650 32" TV
We have a RCA 32" and my husband was playing video games and it turned off suddenly and we cant get it to turn back on. It was plugged into a surge protector and nothing else turned off. We flipped the breaker and unplugged it a couple of times and you can hear it click when you push the power button but the light stays red and flashes sometimes. We got it from his grandmother when she got a big screen and i dont even think the warranty is still on it, any advice? Or would it be better to just buy another TV? Thanks in advance!
WE HAVE A RCA 32650 37' TV THAT STOP WORKING, IT WONT TURN ON AT ALL. WE ARE NOT SURE IF IT IS THE FUSE OR WHAT IF SO WHAT SIZE FUSE WOULD IT TAKE OR BETTER YET WHAT SHOULD WE DO FIRST?

It sounds like you may have a bad Horizontal Output Transistor (HOT) and/or a bad Flyback Transformer. The set is trying to start as indicated by the flashing light, but an internal fault is shutting it down right away. It could also be the Power Supply circuit. A 32in. set is not cheap to replace so it may be worth finding a repair technitian and at least getting a quote. The Flyback is the most expensive part, the others are minimal. If it is one of the above problems it could easily be repaired by a qualified technitian.
