Click the Start button , click All Programs, and then click Windows Media Center.
If Media Center is not in full-screen mode, click the Maximize button in the upper-right corner of the window.
Insert an audio CD into the CD-ROM drive on your computer. The CD will start playing automatically.
On the Now Playing screen, click Rip CD. (If you navigated away from the Now Playing screen, you can always return there from the Windows Media Center start screen by scrolling to Music, clicking Music library, clicking Albums, and then clicking the CD you inserted.)
If this is the first time you've ripped a CD, follow the instructions on the CD Ripping Options screen. (You won't see this screen the next time you rip a CD.)
In the Rip CD dialog box, click Yes to rip the tracks to your computer. The ripped music files are automatically added to your Music library.

Continue to follow the on-screen instructions until the installation process is complete.
Go to a different computer on the network and insert the printer software CD into the disc drive. Click the "Install" button when it appears on screen. Select the "Network" option on the screen marked "Connect Your Printer."
Enter in network names of both the host computer and the printer into the dialog boxes in the next window. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions that will prompt you to begin the installation process. The installation process should take less than five minutes to complete. Click "Finish" once the software downloaded from the CD is complete. The printer will now be available to both computers on the network.
