I bought your cleaner at the Sears one and half years ago. But I couldn't use well because it lit red light and made a bad smell whenever I used it. I asked to a vacuum businessman about that. He answered me that was due to expired filter. So I tried to buy its filter everywhere, but I didn't find it. What do you recommand me?

Re: Where can I buy its parts in Vancouver?
Go to sears.com, click on the parts link, put in your model number, choose the link you need, then a parts list will come up, you can also order what you need from this site. The red light indicates a clog, either the filter, or the hose may have a clog in it.

On my Electrolux Precision, the exclamation light indicates that it detected an obstruction and will stay lit until the obstruction is cleared AND the "reset" button is pushed. The reset button is on the black part (same side as the exclamation light) about half-way back on the side of the vac.
I have two of them. Your pump needs replacing. If you registered the warrantee, it may still be covered. Mine was, got it at Sears. 2 year warrantee from manufacturer and Sears was 5 years. They couldn't fix it, gave me a new model.
you have got to be kidding me. you want me to pay for your advice after I paid over $2,000 for this vaccum. Not only that, the sales rep that sold the filter queen to me, stole my Oreck vac right out my livingroom. I did not realize until after he left that it was gone. He did mention at the beginnng of the demo that if I bought the filter queen he would take my other one. I had no intention of giving him my Oreck even though I did buy the filter queen. You sales reps go way to far.
