Thanks very much for your response. I went to that website that you found and I emailed them for an estimate price for the repair. And I also emailed other repair centres.

I think that is the only think I can do at this point but I very much appreciate for you help

After quite a bit of searching i have come up with only a few results, none of the websites I came up with allow you to order a part and install it yourself. I'm not sure how many of these sites will send you a part and a manual should you ask for it, but repairs do tend to be quite pricey, ranging from $140 and up. One of the best sites i found was this: http://www.mcvr.com/sony_cybershot.htm

Hope this helps and pleasure to be of assistance.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

if the only your trying to fix is the screen there is a screen restoration kit you can buy for camera's almost the same thing you can for headlights on cars you will pay a little bit for it though but its def worth it and it should take about anything of your screen for you.

My camera got drop in the water a couple of weeks ago. I removed the battery pack and the card right away. Yesterday when I thought it had enough time to dry I replaced the battery and card. I can...

If you're saying the lcd screen no longer works, you are correct in assuming the water damaged it. You were correct to allow the camera to dry completely before trying to turn it on so at least the rest of the camera works. The screen can be replaced but it can be expensive. Shop around and decide if the repair is worth it.

Hi there its happens when the lens not ready for work. Some how its not able to stable his focus method. That's why its stuck. There is a chances of lens guide pin disturbed or damaged & thats why continues failure. Its mean he inform you there is a system error. Another reason is memory card. Remove the card & try. My canon rebel XTi body fell into a pond. I tried to dry it out for the past 2 weeks, but it won't work. It won't turn on at all. Is there a way to fix this?

Unfortunately there is no way of fixing the issue short of replacing the parts that were damaged by water. The service is available, so all hope is not lost!! However, I must warn you that the replacement of the main board (which is most likely what is causing your camera to not power on) may not fix your camera completely as you do not know how far the liquid damage has gone.

There could be other issues such as lens damage, water spots inside the lens, etc. My suggestion would be to have that main board replaced and go from there. If you're comfortable doing it yourself, I strongly advise you to open the camera and try to determine how far the corrosion (it will look like lime build-up basically) from the water stretches before you make any decisions on whether to have the main board replaced or not.

Internal Screen Damaged

It should be repairable. Most small consumer products like that are repaired by Sony though as they do not release parts for them to repair centers.

Try checking their website and see what they have for a repair service.

Or a different approach would be to see if you can find a 'broken' unit online and just salvage the screen.

Sony cybershot dsc p200 water damage

salt is electrically conductive when in fluid (water) so when it happened i hope you pulled out the battery and protected the delicate lenses. a digital cam, is very delicate but their are companys that repair water damaged goods like mobile phones etc! just look them up in the yellow pages etc... avoid trying to switch it on until it gets repaired, but the mem card should still be fine depending on how long it was wet for! good luck!

Pop spilled on camera

I think you can consider this is a water damaged item since water has been immersed into the mainboard which cause sensor failure. Camera internal components were very fragile and I suggest you not open it if you really don't know what is inside unless you have opened it once. I have fixed cameras for my friend before but mostly with part failure not water damaged and I believe your is just partial damaged only. Below is some help links to direct you how to fix your own camera: http://brashear.phys.appstate.edu/lhawkins/photo/camrep.faq.html and other easy way is go to google search URL window or Yahoo and type Casio Digital Camera Service Guides, then they will provide you a lot of links where you can get information to fix your camera. I hope this help.
