I have had my blackberry for month now and my blackberry messenger has been working fab but since tuesday i havent been reciveing messages or cant send messages and when i always wake up i have about 10...

I would reccomend trying
1. removing the battery (you've probably been told this before sorry)
2.. Deleting and downloading the most up to date version of BBM
3. Deleting your service books (Options>Device>Advanced>Service Books>BB Menu>Delete)
4. Registering device on the network (OPtions.Device>Advanced>Host Routing Table>BB Menu>Register)

hopefully that works out!

I just updated my bb 8520 to 5.0, assuming that my frozen trackpad issue would resolve. it's still frozen. how can i fix this problem?

I would have thought if a software update did not fix this issue that it is a fault in the hardware. Contact your network/point of purchase to see if you can get a replacement.

I can not pair my headset HS820 with my BB 8520. My BB does not recognize it...what can i do?

First Ensure that your Blackberry 8520 is in discoverable mode (Settings>Options>Bluetooth) once in Bluetooth hit Menu (the button to the left of trackpad, Select options to turn Discoverable on, once you have done that ensure your bluetooth is in Pairing mode (solid blue light, except Plantronics brand which will alternate Red and blue lights) then have the device search and it should find it, select connect, then enter the headset (typically 0000 unless Bluetooth owners manual says otherwise) and it should pair just fine from there

Hope This Helps!
