Yes. You should clean your printer every week.
Get a can of air from Staples or Best Buys and take your toner or ink cartridge out and blow out the dust.
Take a qtip and dampen it with rubbing alcohol, just a tiny tiny drop. And rub it on your rollers. Follow with a dry qtip and wipe off the same area.
Try printing again and see if that works. If not, and it still jams, you may have bad rollers. Rollers can be expensive it would depend on where the paper is fed from, the paper tray or the top feeder.
Also, feed the paper in properly.
