Screen is white, works after a while but then goes out.

The screen stays white for a while and after about 20 minutes it will turn on but goes out again shortly after. i think its the power supply but i also heard it could be the control module. i just need to know whats wrong and where its located in the tv. i can fix it myself im sure. oh, and a piece on the power supply makes noise at first. its in between 2 aluminum plates(i think its the fuse. never seen it before. the sound fades too.

I'm clearing this from my queue, since i haven't heard back. You need to get hold of the service manual for your TV. I hope you know how to solder - be careful.

My Panasonic LED TV picture goes away after a few minutes

Could be a bad connection that disconnects when heat in the system causes it to expand. Take to a pro or call manufacturer, they might have a recall or free repair available.

LG 37 TV WON'T STAY ON

Try changing the input device to something you are sure, works such as a DVD player. If it is same, there are leaky/dry capacitors and/or dry solders. Please refer it to a qualified service technician.

White line down side of screen

When the line is not there--go to a unused video input and examine the screen in that area--if you see a slightly darker area where the line was--it has permanently burned a mark in the screen itself.

It's the 26 inch version but have problem with picture

Hi Paul,
It looks like your TV might have a main board failure if the screen stays white without video. Since your TV is less then a year, I would suggest to contact the manufacturers to get fix under warranty. Most electronics devices carry one year warranty.
Good Luck.

Screen goes white

The main driver board, or the main processor board most likely has a failure. The authorized Panasonic service rep can replace the defective boards and perform the necessary adjustments to match them up.

If the set is out of warranty it may be expensive to service. Using the set with a defect can cause more damage, and thus may increase the cost of the final repair.
