If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.

Please let me know , why my IKON LCD TV not on, when I try switch on tv , so red light blink for few second but tv not on . what do .. I need to repair lcd tv or remote ?

Your TV has the fault. The blinks you see with it are called blinking codes, and are fault indications. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV, which will make repair easy. If you're sound in electronics, and have all the tools to work, and wish to get more details, check this link. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Selecting the view option, either to Mosaic / Time slide, can be selected by the drop-down list, at the top left of the display window, will make surf easy. You can also do a search, by type in the brand name/model number/IC used, in the search box at the top right of the display window.

Fault finding

The green LED is called the memory acces lamp. When you switch off the camera is will write back the last changes. when you switch the camera on and off, the light ususaly will stay off, because nothing has changed. When you remove the card en put in another the LED will flash again. At least my D7000 with 2 card slots will do so, because someting changed and the system will write that into the memory.
