replace the drum and the developer and cleaning blade while it is out. make sure that counters for drum and developer are cleared and that F 8 and F 5 are run after new drum and developer are installed.

Drum cleaning blade has gone bad. Especially true if the streaks seem to get progressively worse as you run multiple copies. In other words run 10 copies. If the last one out is worse than the first one out it is the drum cleaning blade. Cheap part...around $25
you need to remove the drum unit out of the machine,and take cotton rag use achohol ..rotate the drum clock wise until you see the label that stuck on it..
