Monitor gets brighter

posted by DanOBrien on Mar 10, 2008

After being on for a while, my monitor gets brighter, almost like the colors are fading a little. Settings seem the same, and I can lower the brightness in the monitor's settings, but there is still an issue of brightness/lack of color. This usually happens after the monitor has been on for more then an hour or so, it's 2 years old, and as far as I can tell it's working fine otherwise and not overheating.
