WHY my accer monitor comes up shows "accer" and then goes blank power off and comes

Hi Ali,
Sounds like the familiar leaking capacitor syndrome.
You will need to remove the back from your monitor which can be a challenge in itself.
Have a look at the power supply board which is the board that the mains cable plugs into.
You should find that some of the capacitors have a bulged appearance on the top or a gooey substance has leaked out onto the board.
Capacitors are the small metal cans on the circuit board.
These need to be replaced and if you are reasonably proficient with a soldering iron this should not prove too difficult.
Try eBay or somewhere similar to locate replacements which are not expensive. Make sure you buy capacitors which are described as low esr. If there are more capacitors of the same value on the board then it would be wise to replace them all.
You should be rewarded with a fully working monitor once again.
I have repaired many monitors with this problem and this has always been due to these leaking capacitors.
Wishing you every success Ali.

I have an accer sreen that has power,I faintly can see that the monitor is working....however the screen is totally dark....but can see background

If you are going to DIY and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on:
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed ACER monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
