Im sorry to hear that you forgot the code. You need to change the software and you could try to use Nemesis Software Suite but im not sure if it works on these. Or you can go to nokia shop and pay something to those guys to RESET the phone. You will lose all numbers and all SMS you got in the phone.
go on to your settings reset your phone you can reset it it'll just turn off your phone give it a little refresh and turn back on or you can master refresh which will turn off your phone give it a really good refresh it'll turn back on but if you master reset it will delete all our games music and stuff but im not sure about inbox emails & contacts but its up to you but if i was you i would choose master reset especially if it a new phone... so goodluck:) and please rate this solution thanks cya...

Make sure the date and time on your computer is correct. You can try changing the setting in your internet explorer but I would personally recommend a completely different browser. My personal favorite is Mozilla firefox.
You could also reset the internet explorer back to defaults.
2.Insert your IM (insert *#06# and get your IM from cell phone)
3.Check "I'm legal owner of the phone with that IME!"
4.Click on "Generate" button
5.Get the security master code for your phone and unlock it
