No projection (by 2 users)

I hear the motor running and have just replaced the lamp, but I'm not getting any projection or light from the new lamp.

If you open the front slider, this projector has a small safety switch on the upper-left side (front view). This switch fails often, so try to maintain pushed this switch with a screwdriver (be careful not to touch metallic part in the screwdriver!) and check if lamp goes on. If it works, then close the front slider again until the slider pushes the switch.
