usually, my omni 3200 just automatically puts out its daily batch report. i think it happens around 6;00 pm, after i have gone home for the day.
last night, it did not do this. i tried this morning to get it to print last night's batch report, but it asked for a password. if i ever had a password, it is long forgotten. what recourse do i have?
and just because it didn't print out, does that mean the day's transactions are lost to me, or does the batch report merely give me the day's total that has already been entered into my bank account?

sorry for the trouble. i called our nova person, and she fixed my problem.
