Question about Creative Labs ZEN Vision:M Digital Media Player

I actually was in the process of trying to update the firmware when it last locked up. Unfortunately now I can't get it to dock and connect to update it. I will keep trying, but will likely need to find a place to send it in to get it looked at. Do you know of any links or places to send Creative products for repair?

No not off hand, try pushing the reset button, and holding the power button at the same time, and it should bring you to the recovery menu, and select reformat, or whatever option it is that completely erases the player.
