Hi, try to check first if your power cord should be a 3-prong cord or a 2-prong cord by checking the power supply behind the printer where it should be plugged in. Then, check at your nearest electrical/electronics shops around your area if it's available. Otherwise, try to call Lexmark and check if they can assist you with that. Lexmark drivers dont include fax and ocr--need software for fax on lexmark x7170

Hello. The fax and scan software can only be installed using the the installation cd that came with the printer. The file sizes are big , especially for the scan software, that's why they're not available for download online. If you lost/misplaced the installation cd, I would advise you to call Lexmark. They might send you one for free. Hope I can help you more with that.
