my suggestion is send your P900 to SE's service center nearest you. but don;t forget to ask the service cost (sometimes it's better to buy a new unit than repair it)

It is your mobile phone's software problem. It occures when we removes battery while it is in switch on position, such a thing is called mis-handling. You have to approach to skilled technician who have SETOOL, CRUISER of any other tool to flash sony-erric. Yes, flashing with new version of mobile is only the way. Hi all, it is bad that after payment you are unable to unlock it. This phones are well secured by sony-erric's CID base chipset. You should not trust that paid service code provider. It is advisable to hand over this job to skilled technician who have SETOOL, CRUISER BOX, MULTI BOX etc. sony-erric service tools. Only this can help you.

2nd thing is that, the technician will decide whether your phone GDFS area (which is responsible for this ) is correct or not. He can put right this area also by the same tool.
