There are NO fuses in your computer.
Try connecting a known working monitor and see if you can see the display.
If you still don't see the display the video is defective and you will have to replace it, you will need to find out what type of video card your pc takes, either AGP, PCI Express or PCI.
If you are not sure how to do this, take your pc to your nearewst computer repair shop.
I hope this helped.
Good luck and have a pleasent day.

My Dell Dimension 2350 won't power on. I've checked cables, power strip, reconnected cable to a known working outlet, and looked under the hood for a breaker. Any other suggestions?

There are four diagnostic lights on the back of the unit. This linke will provide you with what they mean. http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/SYSTEMS/dim2350/advanced.htm#1218079

If all four lights are off, your power supply has most likely died (or the internal fuse is blown). It depends on how far into the computer you are willing to dive. To check the fuse, you'll need to remove the power supply and then remove the cover from the power supply. The fuse will be on the main PCB board inside the power supply. If the fuse is blown, try replacing it (it may blow again). If it blows again after replacing, then the power supply will need replacement. If the fuse is not blown, the power supply is still the likely problem and will need replacement. Be advised that Dell power supplies are special made for Dell cases, so you'll need to be sure that the replacement you get is for your computer or you will have to do some case modifications to get it to fit.

It is your power supply. If you are good, sometimes you can replace the fuse. To do this, you have to remove the power supply and open it up. You have to remove the circuit board, if it is the fuse, and unsolder the blown fuse then resolder a new one. Use a heat sync or you will melt the new fuse. If it isn't the fuse, you need to replace the PS. If that's the case, go to one with more watts. They are easy to replace, just be sure you have the right orentation and screw alignment.

Won't turn on - PS light on but no PS fan

Surely sounds like the power supply is in need or replacement, or fuse replacement at absolute least.  the fuse that you will be in search of will be located inside of the power supply unit.  Use caution when working inside the power supply.  If you don't see a fuse in the power supply, OR you come to find that the fuse is not damagaed then you will likely need to replace the power supply.

Joe

yes there is a fuse iside the monitor, but you should not open this because as you said this is still under warranty. its better if you are sure that the problem is really the monitor then you need to return this to your supplier for their replacement.
