Question about Canon CLC 1120 Color Copier
The problem indicates its your cyan developer unit
During copying sequence, the
level of PT-SIG-M/C/Y is
'683' or less or that of PT-SIGK
is '305' or less because of an
error in the memory backup
First get into service mode by pressing....
then 2&8 (together)
then * in sequence
Look at window K reading it may be below 85
If it is you will have to remove the BLACK toner density sensor and clean it.
Then back in service mode
then INIT 4
and let the machine finish its cycle
If the code comes back you may have to replace the cyan developer or developer tank
