Question about Samsung SCX-4216F All-In-One Laser Printer
When i will put a good fuse the display will be cru fuse error what is cru fuse error
Rick and Felix are discussing the fuser, not the fuse error you are getting with the your printer. The error relates to a small fuse that is on the toner cartridge which goes into the printer. I am having a similar error message after getting a replacement from Cartridge World (although this is not the first Cartridge World replacement for this printer).
After much research, one suggestion was to remove the cartridge fuse and reinsert the toner cartridge. That worked for me and the CFU Fuse Error message disappeared for me, but I am trying to find out the PURPOSE of having a fuse on the toner cartridge itself. To protect the toner cartridge? Protect the printer? Other?

CRU stands for "Customer Replaceable Unit". If the fuser was brand new, then you got a bad power supply board. The hassle of replacing both parts is not worth the money. Sorry.

SOURCE: display messge cru fuse error
Normally that means the fuser module has failed.
You can order and replace it yourself, I believe they are about $100.
That's what I paid for the last one I replaced.
You can call 1-800-835-6100 and order one.
All you have to do is remove the 4 screws that hold the back cover on, then remove 2 or 4 screws that hold the fuser in. Unplug a couple of plugs and slide in the new fuser. It is really an easy replacement.
