When I go to execute spotlight i keep hetting this error: Therre was an error in reading the tnsnames.ora file. Either oracle is not installed or the tnsnames.ora file is corrupt. I have uninstalled/installed both oracle and spotlight and checked my path, but still receiving the same error. I have also copied exact tnsnames file that works with oracle's sql plus. Any ideas why this error occurs?

A search of the Oracle Metalink site ( http://metalink.oracle.com/ ) for the ORA-27063 and ORA-19502 errors returns Oracle Document ID 271511.1. This note indicates the hard drive of the Oracle server is full.

Your SQL query does not look valid. Test the query in SQL Query analyzer, and then once it is working, copy it into your VB source. You will of course then need to make the query a string that VB will accept.
if it occurs after imported, it's because ctx'preferences was not imported. Try to get preferences from source (by reverse engeneriing or see with ctx_report.create_index_script package). You will get severals scripts to execute on target db
Most likely you will have to have the fuser replaced. That is an overheat problem. You may just have a piece of paper wrapped in the fuser shutting it down. You can open the left hand drawyer adn remove the fuser , check inside it and put it back in and see if that clears.
But, more than likely you will have to put in a new fuser.
