Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone

Only emergency calls

Im from the Philippines. I Just purchased a brandnew unlocked 16gb ver 1.1.3. I've inserted a local sim which sucessfully connected to itunes. But when I tried to update it to ver 1.1.4, it started to flash a usb and an arrow pointing at itunes logo and the slider says for emergency calls (and in different languages flashing). In the screen of my pc says my sim is not supported and instruct me to insert appropriate sim. I've already tried to restore it but still the same display flashes whenever I turned it on.
Please help, thanks.

How do get my phone off of emergency call

This is a normal behavior when a phone does not have a valid/working SIM card. Without a valid/working SIM card or even without a SIM card, the phone can still be used for emergency call.

I hope it helps.

Your Samsung Galaxy S3 must be restricted to some specific network. That is why it allows only emergency calls when a SIM card from some other network is inserted in. You need to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S3 to make it work with all SIM cards. You can unlock your Samsung Galaxy S3 safer and easier using unlock code. You can get the accurate unlock code for a Samsung Galaxy S3 from Unlock-Zone.com at affordable cost. Good luck.

Only emergency calls on my unlocked CECT i68 3g phone.

This phone is a POS.  Sounds like it can't read the SIM card, and therefore only 911 calls are available.

My i68+ says emergancy calls only and insert sims after it is in

Unlock code is 1122. But check to see if the sim is inserted correctly. Open both sim slots first. The bottom slot should have the sim inserted with the gold bars facing up. The top slot should have the bars on the sim facing down.
