My printer cannot retrieve application list - Lexmark X5470 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Hi, i had the same problem with my x5075 . I had to uninstall and then re-install that brought my application list back.

Normally if you uninstall and reinstall the software it should work.

plz install drivers of your printer first to your pc.

Please follow the steps given below to add applications to Imaging studio:
1. Open the Imaging Studio and then click "scan," after the scanned document appears as a preview.
2. Click "Other Software" at the bottom.
3. That will open up the list of application list, to modify the application list, click on "Modify Application List".
4. Please add the application you want to scan and click on "Close."

Try resetting the printer by turning it off, disconnecting it from the computer, restart the computer, turn the printer back on and then reconnect it to the computer. If this doesn't work try reinstalling the drivers and software.

wheelwriter 3500 do not turn on

delete the norton internet security as its blocking the scanner files of your printer software .or try reloading the printer drivers again but if reloading the printer drivers does not helps then removing the norton software is compulsary as the files of printer are getting blocked so scanner is not working.

Microsoft Paint ----> 'File' ------> 'From scanner or camera' (when in scan mode on printer). Just tried this and it really works.

No its seem to be some software clashed problem! Try to remove your old software and then try to clean registry and then install again then it should work!
