Question about Sharp Aquos LC-42D62U 42 in. LCD HDTV
I've had a Sharp Aquos LC-42D62U for a bit under a year. I had it in storage (dry, air-conditioned) in a**ther room for a few months. When I set it up again, I turned it on, and I can hear the relay click. Power light is steady green. The screen gets power delivered to it, because the LCD starts displaying black (**t a black screen due to lack of power, but black as if every pixel is displaying the color black) but that's it. I get ** picture, and I can't even get the menus to appear.
Has anyone had this problem before, and were you able to solve it?
Yes,the set has a main video processor board bad.Sharp is well aware of this problem, and with persistence sharp will give in.
