Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
I bought a brand new battery with its own charger, i put it in my psp and it will not work but the psp will work with the normal power charger pluged in
Got to say, a 5 second search on google gets a whole load of charging problems on the psp.
me to now has a dam annoying charging problem.
I have a dual usb /power cable, and now this is THE only way I can charge, plug in, orange light, take a good couple of days though to charge this way.
Now my mains charger, wont even get an orange light to show, and so far, no solutions at all.
annoying I need my mains adaptor to work.
why is this???

Did you charge it first? You need a good initial charge. Depending on the charger, it could be about 6 hours.
Also, remove the battery and check the metal contacts on the top and make sure that they are not covered by anything. Some come with a film to protect them.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
