Question about Dishwashers
My frigidaire mod # FDB658RAC1 top sprayer arm does not apear to ever get water during any cycles glasses always have dirt on them and machine will stick in one cycle often. Thanks in advance Brady.
First, check the holes on the upper spray arm. They should be clear of food and debris.
Next, There's a check valve (ball) built into the motor unit. Either it's stuck, or the motor isn't pausing at the appropriate time to switch from bottom spray to top spray. You can test the check valve by opening the door momentarily while it's running. The spray noise inside should sound distinctly different. Pausing longer will switch back to the lower spray arm.
If the check valve works, you'll need a new timer.
