Mail from facebook to change my password now computer infected

Click in the top right corner of Facebook, then click Settings. Click Contact in the General tab. Click Add another email or mobile number, then enter your email and click Add. You may be asked to re-enter your Facebook password.

In the page that appears, enter your mail id or phone number OR enter your facebook username (if you remember,or ask your friends to copy-paste your username in the URL of your profile) OR enter your full name and your Facebook friend's full name. You cannot get back your old Password. However,you can change your password by following the steps below.
In the Facebook login page, click 'Forgot your password' link below Password input box. You would receive mail from Facebook on steps how to reset your password.

Check if you are using all caps or num lock. Passwords are case sensitive. Or you might have changed your password. If so, click on forgot password and follow the next instructions.

1-(Choose) I Forgot My Password
2-Send The Code To My E-Mail
3-See The Code On Your E-Mail
4-Copy The Code to The Place That Write Under it (The Code) On Facebook
5-Click Change My Password
6-Then Change Your Password
7-What,What,What,What...There's No NumBer 7 :)

Login to your facebook account using the current email address and password. Click "Account" on the top right corner of the page and select "Account Settings", the "My Account" page will open up, in the middle of the page, you'll see
Name .............................------
Username .......................-----
Email .............................------
Password.......................-------
and so on, now look on the right side of the Password, you'll see "Change" in blue texts. Click it and enter your old password and new password in the respective spaces provided and click "Change Password". That's all, you are done changing your password. You will receive a new mail from facebook on your email address confirming that you've changed your password.

• Enter it
• Click on Submit
• There you will See
• Please enter a new password
• enter it Retype Password CLICK on CHANGE PASSWORD...
