Looking at the manual for this motherboard your maximum ram is 512mb in two sticks of 256mb each. Speed rating is pc133 (maximum). You may struggle with the external hard drive as you only seem to have usb 1.1 and not usb 2.0
In your post you stated that your motherboard #D185EEAAAA19243-043. After looking at the Intel website I did find the motherboard # of D815EEA. This motherboard is only capable of managing 512MB of ram. Here is the link to the Intel motherboard manual.
No they are not interchangeable normally. If by some chance your motherboard supports both then if you mix them the faster chip will run at the speed of the slower chip. You might be able to find PC 133 at kingston.com, or crucial.com. They will tell you exactly what RAM is compatible for your system if you use their memory finder tool.
