Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

How can i download from pc to mobilephone

You have a few options;
  1. Purchase a USB Data Cable and download Nokia PC Suite from Nokia website. You can then transfer items from your PC to Phone and vice versa using the Data Cable.
  2. Purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle and downbload Nokia PC Suite from the Nokia website. You can then transfer items from your PC to Phone and vice versa using the Blutooth.
  3. Purchase a Memory Card Reader and simply drag and drop items onto the memory card using your PC, then put the memory card back in the phone.

I bought 4 items off the internet, they are all .exe files, and what I want to do is put them onto cd...sounds easy, also, when I insert my cd, I want all 4 programs to install onto my pc so I can go to ,...

It sounds as if the executables you purchased are installation files, not the programs themselves. In order for them to work, you would need to be able to install them onto the CD so you can run them. The problem with that is most installation files need to tap into an operating system, and place .dll or .sys files into your OS.

If you're planning to make these applications run from the CD, and use them on the same computer all the time, you can choose to install them on a drive and then mirror that drive into the CD (as it's unlikely that the installation process will allow you to install onto a CD itself.)

If you're planning on using these applications to be mobile and use them from any computer at any time, you will need to put a bootable operating system onto your CD and install them onto that CD. Unfortunately, CD's don't hold a lot of space for an OS to reside on as well as your apps, and installation onto optical media like that is problematic at best. Your best bet would be to put a bootable OS onto a thumb drive, which has far larger capacity options, and then install them onto the thumb drive. You would only be able to run those apps when booting from that thumb drive, however.

This is a very common method for IT engineers, by the way, to carry around problem resolution tools -- they just have a bootable thumb drive with their preferred apps, and they can use them wherever they want.

Putting music onto phone

i can guide you through the prossess of connecting it through a usb cable, and can suggest other options that will enable you to get music onto your phone if this fails.

You cannot put music strait onto youe phone from the cd first it needs to be ripped onto your computer, and converted into an mp3 file so that the phone can play this. if you cannot do this, then reply to this solution, or post it as another question.

USB Cable Link
  1. turn on your phone and pc and plug the cable into both
  2. look on the phone screen to see if it is asking anything. if it asks what mode you wish to use, choose FILE TRANSFER.
  3. depending on your computor different things may happen, but it should install automatically.
  4. once this is done, your phone will act and appear on your computor the same a memory stick would.
  5. to add music (or any other type of file) just got to my computor, double click on your phone, go to the music file, and simply paste the music you have ripped from your cd there

if you have any questions or trouble will this contact me on my account

please take the time to rate this solution thanks :)

Downloading

You need to use itunes as your music management software and ipod management software. You can download the latest itunes version at www.apple.com/itunes.

From here you can purchase items through the itunes music store, or add your own music by adding files from your computer, or putting a cd in your computer and coppying it into itunes so you can put the songs on your ipod.

Hope this helped,

Nathan.

Having trouble putting pictures from computer onto micro sd

It may be different depending on the phone you have, but some phones only support a certain resolution and size. For example when I take pictures with my canon digital slr, the resolution is to high to be supported by my phone, but if I take pictures from say my wifes kodak camera, which has a lower resolution and size, it works fine.

Also you may want to look at the image type you are loading. Most phones will support a jpg file but not others. There are many possibles but first thing first. Find out more about what specifically your phone supports. (i.e. File types, Screen Size and Resolution.) Then make sure you are within its limitations.

Importing Music.

I had a similar problem. I did not get a USB cord with my phone. I found that if you insert the microSD card into your computer a folder opens that says Secure Digital Storage Device (E:). I have iTunes. I don't purchase music from the store (which is an option) but I download my cds to the program. If you highlight a song from the iTunes and then right click and select copy then open up the tab for the Secure Digital Storage Device (E:) then paste the item.
Remove the card from your computer and put the smaller card into your phone. Hit the menu button. Then hit the folder button located on the right side of the screen. Then select the more button. Then select the memory card. This will allow you to access the item you have on the card.
If you wish to download the item to the phone memory (meaning you can remove the card and the item will remain on the phone) you select the option button and hit copy - it will then give a prompt asking if you want to copy it to the handset memory or the memory card - select the handset memory. After this is complete you will be able to remove the microSD and still be able to access the item you downloaded.
