But if both SIMs are from the same network and registered to the same customer then many networks will transfer the credit for you. But if the Pay As You Go SIM is unregistered then it's not possible; a SIM is registered to an individual customer via an association to a personal credit or debit card held by the customer which allows credit top-ups direct from the card. The card billing address must match the customer's own address.
