Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Ok I am not sure what does your phone have to do with the computer profile? it seems that at one point you were connected to a network and now it does not find the domain; your account seems to be Not associated with it anymore and can not find the account you are logging in at the moment therefore creating a temporary account, seek the help of a network professional or a system admin so that he can help you solve the issue.

Inability to load personal profile

Make sure Windows has been activated. If so, try to create another profile with Admin privileges. Is the computer infected with a virus. Some viruses, spyware or malware will deny access to your profile. Have a professional Computer tech try to scan for viruses.

My lg computer is not switching on onto the local profile. Instead, it creates a temporary profile everytime I switch it on. And all the data I save in this profile is lost when I turn the computer off....

I think that you're best chances are to restore the windows to a previous good configuration. The process depends on the type of windows you have. If you need further information, please tell me which type of windows you have.

It is possible that Ccleaner somehow deleted temporary files or that your drivers were installed into a temporary folder the Ccleaner cleans. you need to go to HP's acutal website click on download drivers, select printers and multifunction, select your printer model, download the host based drivers, then install them. Delete your printers current profile in the printer floder of your control panel so plug and play will recognize it as a new printer. reboot your computer. when you computer has started up again, plug in the printer and select "have disk, or specify location" during the installation and select the newly installed HP drivers, that should properly install the new drivers into a permanat location that ccleaner won't access

My Dell inspiron is only allowing me to sign in temporary profile

Hi your profile is corrupted, it does happen, try switching off the pc and leaving it for some minutes. Log back on and it may pick up the correct profile. If it does not go to the c drive look for document and setting double click on your profile, And move your file to the best location.

Good Luck
