Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
The picture in picture popped up on my panasonic tv. We have a universal remote in which the pip button will not work. Is there anyway to reset the tv to its factory settings...or something. And to make matters worse when you hit the input button it only changes the input to the small pip screen. Is there a certain amount of time it has to be unplugged before it will reset itself...just a thought
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hit the set up button on the TV.
You'll see options to change the language. The last option is to put the TV in "Demo Mode."
Put the TV in Demo mode, when the first screen appears, "Welcome to...." the PIP will disappear.
Hit exit before the screen moves to the "Menu." If you miss it, watch the demo once--it will restart--and hit the exit button the next time you see the "Welcome to" message.
I just did this and it worked for me - i hope it works for you.
