Question about Kyocera Switchback KX21 Cellular Phone
Sorry to tell you sweety but that is the end of your phone. I first purchased a Kyocera Strobe, I had only had it for a month when it did the very same thing. I took it back to the metro store and all they could do for me was reimburse me for half of the money i spent on downloads. They replaced the phone with a another one and by the grace of god I've have this one for a year. It is on its last limb cause I have to open it up to dial 7, 8, and 9. Sorry that it happened but you will not be able to retrieve your info. That's why now I have an address book (paper) and I send all of my pictures that I take to my email cause I will not deal with that problem ever again.
