I had my PS3 hooked up to an HDMI cable, and now switched it back to the regular yellow, red, and white hook ups, and it no longer comes up on my TV. What can I do to solve this? Is there a reset button on the PS3?

The unfortunate problem is that the PS3 is now in HDMI mode and you have to be connected to HDMI to see the menu and switch to composite display. If possible connect back to HDMI to swap the menu to composite.If that is not possible then follow these instructions (I had to switch them once without HDMI so I wrote them down for future reference.):

1. Turn on your ps3 and wait a few seconds (approx. 10 seconds)
2. If you have multiple accounts on the ps3, Press ( X ), If you don't then just skip to number 3
3. Press Left arrow 4 Times ( <<<< )
4. Press Down Arrow 9 Times ( vvvvvvvvv )
5. Press ( X ) 2 times
6. Press Down arrow 2 times ( vv )
7. Press ( X ) 2 times
8. Your Done! the screen should be shown now in your standard definition TV
