It's a 1997 TV, I recommend buying a new one. If you have to get it repaired it will cost you more than the TV is worth.

Getting picture but no sound

First i will suggest you just Visit the manufacturer website to download the sound drivers Once there enter the model number or service tag number of the laptop then request driver (usually found in the web site's "Support Section"). There you should be able to find all the drivers for your model laptop
If it didn't helps you then simply get the system utility program like PC Fresher that will fix windows errors that cause of sound issue

Hi Just bought the VTX Radeon HD 5450. Tried to install it into my PC but couldn't get any picture. My first thought is that there is no power getting to it, since at the bottom right of the card is what...

Yiu do have a PCIe x16 slot on your motherboard and you need to make sure you have it installed correctly. As far as extra power, no power cable is required;
A big plus about the Radeon HD 5450 consuming so little power is that it doesn't require an external power source. The PCI Express bus alone is capable of delivering enough current to this card, but a 350w power source is required. When you go to install, the card needs to hook in at one end and you may have to push on tab that hits your case while pushing the card in to get it to fall in place. There is no need for an SPDIF cable with this card. If for some reason you cannot get sound through HDMI, you can get it through ATI's DVI to HDMI adaptor;

#6141054300G. Once installed you should get a picture but, if you don't see if you can start in safe mode and go to "Device Manager", click on "Display Adaptors" and see if it's in the list. If so right click on it and make sure you see "disable" in the list. If you see "enable", click on that and exit. You may have to disable you on board graphics also. Do initial install off of installation cd then, you can update your VGA and Catalyst Control at AMD's site.

No sound in xtenda x300 pc stations

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers
click start control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers make sure you have selected the
(((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
also
click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar
if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand,system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check
the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer
hope this helps

From my experiance it sounds like the power supply is still not providing enough amps for the card or that the power plug on the card may be bad and not allowing it to recieve the power it requires

My Sanyo DS27425 went off and will not turn on. When I push the start button I hear a clicking sound. NO sound or picture.

There are couple of reasons for this problem:
1. The power supply of it is busted and needs to be replace.
2. Your TV is overheated and needs to be check by a qualified technician.

Sound

The X means the device is not functioning. Open control panel, open System. Click the hardware tab & cick Device Manager. Scroll down to Sound, video and game controller. Click the + sign. Find the red X, right click it once & uninstall it. Re-start the notebook. Go online to your notebook's Mfg's site. Armed with your model number find the latest driver version for your intergrated sound card. Download & install it. Re-start the notebook when finished. If you still get the red X, your sound chip in the notebook is defective.
