Try to soft reset the player. If you can remove the battery, take it out for five minutes and put it back in. This will soft reset the phone.
But if same problem occur, contact the manufacturer and have them repair it for you.

There could be a minor short on the small components or it has a corrupted firmware. The manufacturer needs to either re-flash or upgrade the firmware, and the problem should be fixed.
