Question about Vacuums
My brushroll on my Eureka 4870 doesn't always engage in rolling when placed in motion/lever.
How is the position of the red marker int he water tank suppose to be, does that effect release to much water at the same time if its not position right

Is the brushroll ends turning freely? if not then replace it, There could be a problem with the belt, or with the idler clamp asm. Sometimes they get clogged up with debris and won't work properly, try cleaning it. This is what lets the brush turn or not turn, depending on the position of the switch.
