It is regarding my Logitech MK300 wireless keyboard & mouse combo... Is there a way I can use just the wireless mouse without the keyboard, say with laptop? Right now, they are connected to my desktop...

I think you have to use the combo because each has sensor. trying to use just wireless mouse on a laptop might not work because your laptop cannot read the signal from mouse. Now check if both have bluetooth as that may work.

MY KEYBOARD AND MOUSE HAVE BOTH STOPPED WORKING. I HAVE THE KENSINGTON PILOTBOARD LASER DESKTOP SET. # 64390. I HAVE PLUGGED IN A WIRED SET BUT I MISS MY WIRELESS !!!! CAN YOU HELP ME? I HAVE CHANGED THE...

If the power cells are new, both the keyboard and mouse are powered correctly (Battery I assume are positioned correctly). If Neither one operates, then check the small dongle that fits into the USB port. It may have been loosened, and if so just pull it from the port and reinsert it in another port. If still no connection, then the dongle may have burned out. The problem: Once a dongle is spent, the entire set is useless as they operated on an audio signal (Frequency) set for that mouse/keyboard. No replacements.

Brought a CS62US and Mircosoft KB with mouse. When USB combo plugged on the left USB, only KB is worked together with switching function. When USB combo plugged on the rigth USB, both KB & Mouse worked...

Unfortunately, this switch has a dedicated port for keyboard that listens for the keyboard keystroke. You MUST plug the keyboard into the dedicated keyboard port on the KVM switch for the hotkeys to work. I recommend putting the mouse that comes with your keyboard to the side, and using another mouse, plugged into the dedicated mouse USB port on the switch. Not the prettiest solution, but some of those mouse/keyboard combos have some funky hardware!

Move the wireless adapter (one end connects to the keyboard/mouse ports on your computer) closer to the front of your computer, i.e., closer to where your wireless KB/mouse are located.

I have a mikomi wirless mouse(msr0238T) and wireless keyboard(kbr0108) and we lost the manual before installing them.....help please

You didn't say whether or not you have the receiver for the wireless signals.

If so, just plug it into a USB of whatever port it uses, and put new batteries in the KB & mouse.

See if there are any buttons on all three gadgets. If so - they are used to help the senders & receiver find each other.

Windows generic mouse & KB drivers will probably work fine.

If the KB or mouse is capable of special features, you will need to go to the manufacturer's website & get their drivers.

sounds like you need to resync the mouse to the wireless receiver that is connected to the computer.
