I am missing alot of music. I deleted ALL songs on my MP3, and redown loaded songs. I know I d/l over 200+, but it stated I had 96. When I d/l more, it went DOWN to 91. Why??? And how do I get the music back?

It all depends on how you ripped them to your computer. Are they all the same form, mp3, wna, acc... And the other part is how big are they? If you ripped the songs at 128kbs it is alot smaller than 256kbs. the 128kbs doesn't have as much info but with earbuds you really can't tell if you are missing anyhting. i can only get 497 songs on mine.
1. Make sure all the songs are in mp3 formate. 2. Make sure the songs are not protected copywright. 3. Most of the songs once plugged into the device is pugged into the usb device you can drag and drop into the music folder
Try setting the Insignina player to "File & Folder" mode and then connect it to your PC. It should be seen by the computer as another "Mass Storage Device". You should be able to see your music files this way and delete what you want.
you should be able to explore your mp3 player in my computer, and explore each folder but when the windows are open click at the top files, options, view and select show hidden files as the mp3 songs already on the player may be hidden.
YOUR NOT GOING TO HAVE THE OPTION ON THE MP3 PLAYER, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION WHEN YOU LOAD IT TO THE COPUTER. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RIGHT CLICK ON THE SONGS THAT YOU WANT REMOVED AND SELECT DELETE. I HOPE THAT WORKS FOR YOU.
THE IPOD ISSUE I HAVE NOT CLUE SORRY
Im having this exact same problem. I must have added them the wrong way when I first got it. Now, all are earsed but 60 songs. I cant get rid of them for nuthin. I need help too.Its really frustrating.
When I wanted to delete songs i just treated it like a USB stick, (if you drag the songs ontoto load them) then you can go into it to see what songs are on it, then just right click and press delete. Thats wat i did on mine and It worked fine i have an Sandisk e130. but just use it like u would a usb.
