Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I am no expert, but I do, or did, have and xbox 360 which microsoft now has in for repairs. Long story short, the disc drive seems to be one of the weak links in this system. Failure rates of anything up to 40% of all units are being reported and many of the failures are due to this disc drive.
You can try cleaning the disc, as I did many times, but this does nothing. Chances are you are going to have to send it in for repairs, or you can buy yourself another disc drive over the internet and replace it yourself, for about $40 I think, and see if that doesn't solve your issue. Best of luck.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
