What is the proper way to stat a gas 3 wheel Harley golf cart?
I have a 3 wheel Harley gas cart. There is ** neutral, just gas and brake plus a shift lever from forward or reverse with ** neutral inbetween. I find when trying to start it, it jerks along until it finally starts to fire, but in the process, it almost kills the battery. Any suggestions to make staeting easier and quicker?

This condition is usually caused by the transmission gear shift tower
seizing up in the inhibitor switch. To correct this, the gear shifter cable will have to be taken off at the transmission end which is fasened to the shift tower. Then remove the inhibitor/range switch and unseize the shift tower, working it back and forth with antiseize lub. Once the tower is cleaned, lubbed and has free movement, install a new range switch and reinstall shift cable if it is okay. Note: reinstall range switch in the same position as the old part so the start settings for park and neutral are good.
If this is happening when it is hot out you might be having vapor lock. The hot aior turns the gas to vapor and the engin stalls. In a half hour it cools enough to go back to a liquid. While you on the highway the rushing air keeps the gas cool. Most car have something that trys to prevent it, The camery sends vapor back to the tank if the gas filter is orented right.
no pictures 1 remove the battery neg cable, 2 remove the primary chaincase on left side or bike it is held on with 3/16 allen bolts be ready to catch the oil thats comes out (3/4 of a quart replaces it) 3 remove the small 3/8in bolt that is in the center of the starter shaft (small gear at top of case) 4 go to other side and look at starter see the two large allen bolts at sides remove them now with a little pulling it will squeez out from under the oil tank if not loosen rear oil tank bracket that will help this should help you
This is going to be a problem with one of the brake switches, most likely the switch on the front brake lever. The switch generally has slipped out a bit and needs readjusting, or corroded slightly on the inside and needs cleaned and lubed. What's happening is the brake switch is on, as if the brakes were applied, and the cruise's automatic disengage function when the brakes are applied is kicking in and not allowing the cruise to work.
umm.. this is what i did to solve this problem. i hooked it in the back usb port then put the iriver disk in then went to start control panel printers and other hardware the on the left side add hardware the i found it on the list and instaled after that you have to use windows meda player to add music and it works just fine .
The LCD has probably gone bad. If the player still has a valid warranty i would suggest sending it to CL to be looked at. If the warranty was up, you will have to purchase an LCD and at that point you can contact me for help installing it.(Necessary tools, disassembly instructions, etc.)
