Hi, I can help you. The ink is behind the print-carraige access door. Here is a link to the printer manual, go to page 63. But by all means download it and save it to your desktop. That is a good printer, but pretty complicated sometimes. Good luck.

Hi I suppose its would not be advisable for you to remove the sensor unless you know about the printer status. Please give it to a service provider who can diagnose and replace the sensor, Mostly sensors are basically for paper trays to pick up and print the printouts
