sounds like you have a problem only with red and green. Does the picture bow? if the Picture bows then most likely you have lost all convergence. then is will be a convergence power board issue that will have to be replaced or repaired. If you go into setup and try to manually adjust convergence does the crosshairs move up and down side to side on both red and blue if they do. then you may just need a technician to adjust convergence in factory mode
