Loader door won't open !!! How can I fix it ?

I have had the same problem, and although I can't 'fix' it, here's how I cope with it. Always keep a blank or 'dummy' disk in the tray; in other words, never close the tray without a disk in it. As long as there is a disk in the tray, the tray will always open when you command it to.
