1) Download bios update from www.intel.com
2) Make a boot-able floppy disk
3) Put the bios updater and the bios bin files on it
4) Attach a floppy disk drive to your computer
5) Put the floppy disk in it
6) Remove the bios clear jumper from board (Note the jumper should not be installed any where just remove it)
7) Switch ON the board and it will start loading the new bios (there will be no display during this period)
8) After completion the board will give beep
now you shold install back the jumper and the new bios should work

MY COMPUTER IS NO DISPLAY, POWER OF SMPS & CPU FAN IS RUNNING , RAM IS OK, MY BOARD IS INTEL 845 GVSR

sounds like you may have an issue with your display driver or grahics card. try opening the computer and re-seating all of the hardware.
unfortunately this used to happen to me and its basically a trial and error fix.
Does the bios make a beeping noise when started?

Drivers for Intel D845 GVSR mother board

The best place to download drivers is always the manufacturer's website. The Intel drivers for this motherboard are found here :)

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=1065

Since the 845 graphics chip does not have internal DX9 support there are no Vista drivers for it The 945 graphics is the first Intel chip for which there are Vista drivers available from Intel.

You can try the XP drivers. All depends on how different the chips are. Be sure to set the Install.exe program to XP compatibility (Properties dialog) and then run as administrator. Be sure to create a restore point first!
