If your printer is physically punching holes in your paper, your printer gears are probably shot.

Hi, my x6575 prints with vertical perforated lines down the center, how do I get it off?

It could be because of the paper type you are using. Try to use a different type of paper and check if "perforated lines" still appear. If problem happens to all types of paper that you've tried, please don't hesitate to contact Lexmark technical support for additional assistance.

Unable to align printer to start at top of a new label; where can I download a manual for this printer (Z4M plus) thank you - barry

Put in a new roll of labels. Calibrate the printer. Make sure the program you are using is set for the size label you are using. If it calibrates properly, you should end up with the tear off perforation at the edge of the feed out area.

Grinding noise when printing and cuts paper

There may be something stuck in the area of the perforation, like a paper clip, paper debris or some foreign material. I would look in that area with a flashlight and see if there is something in the Paper feed roller area.Something may have come loose if you had a paper jam. Let me know.

Printing on the same line after a few pages printed

I first oiled the bar once more and while the printer was off, moved the head across the bar forcefully several times until it felt the ease to move. I then typed a document with numbers 1 to 10 each number typed two lines below the other and tried printing this document several times. This worked perfectly and the printer is now in order.

My Lexmark all-in-one printer which I've had less than 2 months, began making a horrible noise and perforating the right side of paper.

Hi, If you are having this kind of problem so soon after buying the machine I would take it straight back and either get a replacement or a different machine altogether.
