Question about SVA-USA HD4208TIII-PDP 42 in. EDTV-Ready Plasma Television
I have the SVA HD4208T III PDP and I have a constant roll on the picture from top to bottom. This occurs when I have a cable channels on or DVDs. What can I do to fix this situation?
A rolling picture means it is either not getting a good signal (possibly a bad cable or connection), or it is receiving interferrence from another device you have connected. Try disconnecting other devices or turn the power off to other devices and see if the rolling goes away. If you have Y cables connecting two devices it can cause this kind of interferrence even if the second device is not turned on.
