I have two separate xalio 300 phones, each with its own docking station. Is it possible to recode one of them so tht they both respond to the same docking station?
There is no menu on the Xalio 300, and I can find no details on the Philips website. I have e mailed Philips to see if they will tell me.There is no menu on the Xalio 300, and I can find no details on the Philips website. I have e mailed Philips to see if they will tell me.

Probably the docking station has either a single push button labeled 'Source/Input' that you press on to change the audio source from 'iPod' to 'Radio/FM' to 'AUX' (the latter only if there is a 'AUX IN' jack on the docking station) or 2 or 3 separate source/input push buttons labeled as above ('AUX' may or may not be there).
When powering on the D630 from the Docking Station, press F2 to go into Setup. Scroll down to the Docking Section, and check the Dock device info for the status. If it shows undocked, then try changing the below settings to: Hot Undock, Enabled Silent, and Universal Connect Enabled. Save these settings. Make sure you update your BIOS to A16 from http://support.dell.com under drivers and downloads section. If still not recognized after this, check the dock port on the D630 for obstructions or burn markings on the pins. try cleaning with rubbing alcohol and qtip swab. I have seen a few cases like this and ultimately the motherboard was the issue and needed to be replaced.
I just got off the phone with the Altec Lansing technical support line and after running some test found my station is defective so I am suppose to ship it back to the company and they are sending me a replacement...I suggest calling the tech line the number can be found on the altec lansing website! Good luck!

They may be out of stock. You may even have to purchase a Philips home theater system with GoGear docking station to get one - you cannot order a separate dock right now, as they don't sell docking stations separate from the home theater system.
