Make sure you are using Windows XP and Windows Media Player 10.

Also make sure you have installed Musicmatch Jukebox from the product CD.

The PSS110 is not compatible with Vista or Media Player 11.

If you have Media Player 11, then uninstall to roll back to version 10.

Also, you need to make sure the player is showing as "GoGear" and not "Removable Drive".
If Musicmatch shows the player as "Removable Drive", go into the options menu and click devices. Click the dropdown menu showing "removable drive", and select "GoGear"

My philips audio player not working???

The PSS series only recognizes an obsolete DRM-9 license for WMA files. IF the songs were working previously on this mp3 player, make sure your music service subscription is up-to-date - delete every song off of here and then reload them. IF there were never working: You will need to stick to songs that are in true mp3 format if you want to get any use at all out of this player.

My PSS110 can not find the tracks that have been loaded on to it.

This device uses its own internal database to keep track of the files it can show. If you just copy files over the database won't be updated.

Get the free program "ShoqBox Buddy" and use the "rebuild database" function to tell the device about the new files you added.

Cant turn my phillips pss110 after taking it out of the computer

does the device immediately shut off after displaying the Philips boot screen? if so, the mydb internal database file may be corrupt or missing.

Get the free program "ShoqBox Buddy" and use the "rebuild database" function to see if that fixes it.

Hi tere

You need to use Musicmatch Jukebox. This player also needs Windows XP and Windows Media Player 10 to work.
It is not compatible with Windows Media Player 11. If you have version 11 you will need to uninstall 11 to roll back to 10.

You can download the CD content here:

Deleleting the mp3`s after refresh thay will be back!!!!!???

Hi, As replied to similar brand/model/problem - This is a common problem with MP3 players with almost a full memory. Apparently, the firmware gets messed up and eventually losses recognition of its purpose or some of the files it keeps. Sandisk has anticipated this problem and has posted online utilities just for this purpose. They are available at > http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDown... Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things turns up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards.
